If you feel like you don't have enough time to teach to the pacing guide, then then may be an answer for you. Students can combine several subjects into one project and then present their findings to their classmates or partner with another class to share presentations.
We will conclude with some actual projects from average first graders and ideas on how to display their work so that they (the students) can take more responsibility on getting their work accomplished with higher quality.
